What to Eat to Work Better

I recently came across this helpful article from Lifehack.org: “20 Foods to Snack on for Enhanced Productivity.”

I’m thinking I should pick up some dark chocolate, walnuts and yogurt. What about you?


  1. They missed one: peanut butter, straight from the jar.

    Plus, when the jar starts getting empty-ish, you can throw in some chocolate, dried fruit, nuts, etc. just to keep the spoon from getting lonesome.

    It’s a durn shame when a spoon gets lonesome.

  2. I love walnuts, pecans, almonds and peanut butter!
